REGISTRATION FEE
Presenter (General/Student): IDR 500,000 (USD 50)
Non-presenter Participant: IDR 350,000 (USD 35)
- The registration fee does not include the cost for publication to Scopus-indexed proceeding
- For publication in Scopus-indexed proceedings (AIC-SE & AIC-ELS), an additional fee of IDR 2,300,000 (Article Processing Charge/APC) will be required for authors who choose to publish their full paper and will be requested when the full paper is being processed by the editorial.
- For publication in SINTA 2-accredited journals (AIC-SS), the APC will be paid by the authors directly to the journal, at cost, according to the journal’s applicable fees.
- The fee for presenter remains consistent for presentation in online mode or offline mode

Registration will proceed after you submit the abstract. Once your abstract is accepted, the payment for registration fee will be instructed along with the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) which will be sent via corresponding author email.
